Forte do Cego

Forte do Cego

Forte do Cego is located in Casal do Cego, Arruda dos Vinhos and is part of the historical route of Torres Vedras Lines. built to defend Lisbon from French Invasions led by Napoleon Bonaparte. It was also known as “Forte de S. Sebastião” name for which it was originally dubbed, due to its proximity to our Quinta. This new range was inspired by this same historic route that is formed by 152 Forts that stopped the French Invaders. All these Forts and their diversity are represented on our new label by different shapes and colors. Today we color our history! Forte do Cego by Quinta de S. Sebastião.
