Vinification
Crush with total destemming, alcoholic fermentation at 24°C and skin maceration.

Syrah and Touriga Nacional

Serve at 16-18°C

Garnet colour. The aroma has notes of ripe fruit and a soft touch. In the mouth it is fresh. elegant and with soft tannins.

Best paired with red meats, cheese and pasta.
